As noodles are supplied on the multilevel refrigerated conveyer, eight rows of cups are simultaneously cut out by the cup dispensing device and place over the noodles which are rotated during filling. They are then loaded onto the filling conveyer pallet. Next,various ingredients are added to the noodles as they move along. At position 1, there is removal of the top following attachment and sealing in a continuous process. In this plant, the cups are removed from the line and divided to the left and right of the collecting conveyer by the device that tills the noodle and seals the cups. |
